What is ZniForm's platform fee, and how is it different from PayPal's fees?
ZniForm's platform fee is ZniForm's own revenue: 1,5% of a paid transaction's value, charged exactly once per transaction. It is separate from any PayPal processing or payout fee shown by the provider.
The platform fee has a minimum floor of Rp 2.000 at withdrawal whenever there is an accrued fee. The Pro and Bisnis plans waive the platform fee to 0%.

Worked example
A Rp 150.000 form is paid through PayPal. ZniForm platform fee 1,5% = Rp 2.250. Any provider fee is shown separately, and the platform fee is charged when you withdraw your balance.
Provider fees are subject to PayPal's current pricing. ZniForm's platform fee follows your active plan.
How do Points lower the fee I bear?
Points in your Wallet are automatically applied to cover the platform fee at withdrawal — up to 100% of the platform fee. Points are pegged 1 Point = Rp 1, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and only serve to offset the platform fee. You collect Points from the referral program.
Who bears the platform fee on my form?
You control this per form with a fee toggle. When OFF (the default), the platform fee is borne by you as the creator and deducted at withdrawal. When ON, the fee is passed to the payer as a 'service fee' on top of the price, so you receive the full price.
Are the Pro or Bisnis plans free of the platform fee?
Yes. A workspace on the Pro or Bisnis plan waives the platform fee to 0% on every transaction. While the subscription is active, no platform fee accrues.
How do I withdraw my balance?
Go to the Wallet page in your dashboard. Once your available balance reaches at least Rp 50,000, the Withdraw button becomes active. Before you confirm, you see the breakdown: platform fee, Points applied, the admin transfer fee, and the net amount received. Every withdrawal is processed manually by the ZniForm team and funds arrive in 1–2 business days.
How long does it take for my balance to become available?
Payments are available in your balance once PayPal confirms the capture. You can withdraw after reaching the applicable minimum.
