Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for two kinds of payments on ZniForm: (1) Pro/Bisnis plan subscriptions you pay to ZniForm, and (2) payments creators receive from respondents through their forms.

New payments are charged in US Dollars (USD) through PayPal. An estimated IDR equivalent may be shown for convenience and can change with the live rate.

Pro/Bisnis subscriptions are billed in advance for a monthly or yearly term. Because premium access activates immediately after payment, an active subscription is generally non-refundable.

Exceptions are considered for duplicate charges, a technical failure that makes the service entirely unusable, or a transaction you did not authorize. For these, contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.

When upgrading from Pro to Bisnis mid-term, the unused Pro time is applied as a proration credit — not returned as cash. Poin redeemed as a discount are likewise not refunded as cash.

For payments a creator receives from respondents through a form (e.g. event registration, donations, or sales), the refund policy is set by the organizing creator, not by ZniForm.

Respondents who want a refund should contact the relevant creator/organizer. ZniForm can help facilitate the refund technically once the creator approves it.

Submit a refund request via our Contact page, including the invoice number, transaction date, amount, and reason.

We review every request and respond within 3 business days. Incomplete requests may take longer to process.

Approved refunds are processed through PayPal back to the original funding method, subject to PayPal's processing timeline.

Third-party processing fees already charged on the original transaction may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.
