By creating an account or using ZniForm, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

ZniForm provides a form builder, PayPal payment acceptance, notifications, e-tickets, and related tools for creators and organizations.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.

ZniForm offers Free, Pro, and Business plans. Paid features require an active subscription; prices are shown before payment.

Free trials (where available) end automatically at the end of their period. When a subscription is downgraded, existing data is not deleted — premium features are simply locked until you subscribe again.

Payments received through your forms are credited to your creator balance after applicable fees, which are shown transparently.

Withdrawals are processed to the bank account you register through the payment partner. All monetary values are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

ZniForm charges a platform fee of 1.5% of each paid transaction's value as ZniForm's revenue. This fee is charged exactly once per transaction and is separate from any PayPal processing or payout fee.

The platform fee has a minimum floor applied at withdrawal whenever a fee has accrued. Workspaces on the Pro or Bisnis plan are exempt from the platform fee (0%) while the subscription is active. The applicable fee is always shown before you withdraw your balance.

Points are a non-cash credit earned from the referral program. Points cannot be withdrawn as money and have no cash value; their only function is to cover the platform fee at withdrawal.

Points may expire per the applicable policy (generally at year end). Expired points are forfeited and cannot be restored or exchanged for money.

For each form, you may choose to have the platform fee borne by the payer via the per-form fee setting. When enabled, the fee is added as a 'service fee' on top of the price shown to the payer before payment.

You are responsible for presenting prices and fees honestly to payers in accordance with applicable law.

For Order form types, buyers submit an order without paying upfront. As the creator, you are responsible for reviewing orders, setting shipping fees, approving or rejecting orders, and fulfilling and shipping the paid goods.

ZniForm provides the tools for this flow but is not a party to the transaction between you and the buyer. Disputes over goods, shipping fees, or delivery are the responsibility of you and the buyer.

You may not use ZniForm for fraud, money laundering, selling illegal goods/services, unlawful content, or infringing others' rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or endanger other users or the system.

You are fully responsible for your form content, the claims you make, the goods/services you offer, and handling respondent data in accordance with the law.

ZniForm is a tool; we are not a party to the transaction between you and your respondents.

ZniForm and its brand, software, and design are ours. Content you create remains yours; you grant us a limited license to store and display it in order to operate the service.

The service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We do not guarantee the service is uninterrupted or entirely error-free, but we strive to keep it reliable.

You may stop at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms or legal obligations.

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use after changes means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are resolved under the applicable jurisdiction in Indonesia.
